A Groovy Winter Break

This piece illustrates a story,
a rather simple and refreshing one.

After an intriguing intro,
the piano takes off on its journey with the band,
freely, like children getting together,
letting go, playing, running, singning, jumping,
slowing down for a brief moment to catch their breath.
Quickly their energy takes over and propels them back
into this exciting cascade of innocence and true pleasure
until they’re out of breath again, so they calm down,
then go at it one more time from the top.

Their eyes are bright, their cheeks are red, their smiles are awesome,
their bodies are excited, yet their minds are relaxed and peaceful.

A groovy winter break.
